What does PSP Enterprises make?
Super Seal 100, an asphalt-emulsion slurry seal that North Idaho calls sealcoat. We mix it at our yard in Rathdrum from asphalt emulsion, sand and bentonite clay.
PSP Enterprises is a sealcoat manufacturer that makes Super Seal 100, an asphalt-emulsion slurry seal, at its yard in Rathdrum, Idaho, and sells it in bulk to contractors across North Idaho, Eastern Washington and Western Montana.
Super Seal 100 is an asphalt-emulsion slurry seal — sealcoat, as North Idaho calls it — made from asphalt emulsion, sand and bentonite clay.
It leaves our yard as a finished material, with the sand and the clay already in the mix, so you load it, dilute it to the day and put it down.
Bring your tank to the yard at 2280 W. Highway 53 in Rathdrum and load out there.
You are buying out of the yard the material is mixed in, not out of a warehouse it was trucked to.
Once an order is a load, it goes on a truck to you. Delivered loads start at 3,500 gallons, and we can supply bulk quantities up to 4,500 gallons.
We deliver across the Idaho panhandle, west into Spokane and the Columbia Basin, and east over Lookout Pass into the Missoula and Flathead valleys.
Super Seal 100 is mixed at our own yard in Rathdrum. What you load is what we made: there is no distributor in the middle, and no pallet wearing a brand from three states away.
Ask what is in it, or how much water it wants on a ninety-degree afternoon, and the answer comes from the company that mixed it — not a spec sheet forwarded on from a manufacturer.
The sand and the bentonite clay go in at the plant and stay in suspension, so you load a finished sealer rather than a concentrate you sand and stabilize in the truck.
Super Seal 100 is the same chemistry as the pavement it goes on. It bonds to the mat and stays flexible after it cures, moving with the surface through freeze-thaw instead of cracking over it.
Coverage of 35 to 120 square feet per gallon, with dilution, cure time and the temperature it goes down at: the plant’s own figures, every range as given, before you call.

We are the sister company of North Idaho Asphalt — the same owner — which handles paving. PSP makes and sells the sealer.
